I know girls who have rushed 3+ times trying to get theta… if that dosent reflect that this house is somewhere girls want to be idk what does. Definitely seems like the girls are chillers.

taxidermy everywhere, even a capybara. really threw me off honestly. Strong drinks and men. they can and will lift you in a good way. jealous type but in a hot way. will make you sweat. get u hot and bothered then u leave u to go to akes.

Not sure how pi phi is considered one of the tops because so many of the girls who end up telling me they’re in pi phi have been mid as hell
