actually kinda chill girls. fun to mix with some of them are actually hot too. They definitely have a few that are super annoying but overall they're actually kinda good

Theta is definitely an odd group of girls. Some of them are genuinely the coolest people ever and some of them are the most annoying. Very cliquey. Hasn’t had a good recruitment in the past few years, new mc is loud and a little weird. Seems to be falling in status which is a shame because I feel like half of their members don’t deserve that.

If you want to have fun, these are your guys. They are super cool and gentleman. I was at a party and my friend left me and they walked me home safely. Since then these two guys are my close friends. Love this house.

I have to say these guys are awesome. They are classy, super fun and I feel safe at their parties. They are not creepy like some of the other houses. They have the best parties and not too bad to look at.
