Reality- The younger members are so much better than the older girls. The older girls are cliquey, mean and stereotypical. They give their chapter such a bad vibe from how so many of them are openly rude to other women in and out of greek life. MANY of my friends not in greek life have spoken out about the bad instances they've had with older girls and it's so unnecessary because some of their women are great. They also are virtually non existent on campus and the community.
