Idk why there’s so many comments bashing Theta, my best friend is in Theta and the girls seem super sweet and Thetas the reason I’m thinking about rushing. From what I know they mix with the same frats as the top houses and the girls seem to actually like each other. It seems like more of the stoner/ chill soroity and is less of a classic soroity like Bama ones.

Good philanthropy events. Their house is super big and definitely a pull for new pnms but the members are kinda weird. Some are super cool but most seems to not know how to socialize. Definitely outgoing but not always in a good way. They basically only socialize with agr and they drink a lot. Wouldn't be surprised if half the chapter were alcoholics. They should just turn their chapter room into an AA meeting room. They do well in school but not well enough to brag about it. I think some of the girls are hooking up with eachother which is interesting. Some totally normal girls some absolute weirdos. Know a few girls that dropped because living in the house was so bad or because the girls weren't super kind

What more could u ask for, these boys run wild at hill gardens. One time at their party they had a sprinkler to help cool everyone off. I watched their dj shoot smoke into his laptop just so I could catch my breath.
