junior transfer student

Hoe had is it to go through formal recruitment as a junior transfer student (as a female-for sororities). Have juniors been known to have a positive record when it comes to getting placed in a house? Not looking to be "top-tier" or anything just any house where I feel I can contact to the girls and seeing myself making life long friends. Thank you
