Well you can always lie and tell them you were hazed. They will probably exaggerate their own experiences anyway.

KSig at the bottom and Lambda at the top? Nope. Maybe that will change now that Lambda is off social probation, but here's how it was last year in terms of best parties:

1) KA
2) Pike
3) Kappa Sig
4) Sig Chi
5) Lambda (only because of social probation)

Best overall fraternities right now I would rank as this:

1) Pike
2) KA
3) KSig
4) Lambda
5) Sig Chi

Honestly it depends on you. If your a chill, fun and don't give a crap then Ksig maybe the house for you. If your preppy and have some like douche swagger appeal about you then Pike maybe for you.

The fraternity houses are what you make of them. Depending on what sororitity you are in. Etc. the sororities I mention are NOT limited just to the one I say. However the ones I mention are usually the majority of who hangs out there.

Pike has the biggest house and the biggest personality. You would consider them to be the frattiest of them all. Usually hangs out with Chios but does associate with other sororities. Most people would think of them as the douchebags that throw great parties but also have a very strong brotherhood.

Kappa Sig has a good mix of guys in a different way that sigma chi. They do have some guys that it's questionable how they got in but for the most part have a strong brotherhood but are much more relaxed than Pike. Tridelts usually hang around there along with some KDs.

Kappa Alpha Order are known as southern gentleman. Their house looks kind of like two trailer parks in top of each other. All around good guys. Most popular party is White Tee. Got in some trouble last semester. Chio, kappas, and DG are usually seen here.

Lambada Chi is one of the house I personally don't know too much about. However they are known as really classy nice chill guys. There finally off probation and I look forward to their house being open.

Sigma Chi is another one I don't know too much about. I'll be honest and say I wasn't too comfortable there but I've known girls how really like all the guys after getting to know them.

Rankings usually change in general each year, and my rank for last year for overall best would be Pike, KA, Lambda, Sigma Chi and Ksig, but personally with lambda being off probation this year they could very much take the #2 spot, as for sigma chi theyre on a slow uprise but very social amongst themselves and not really with anyone else. Then again every house is unique in their own way so it's up to you to figure that out when meeting them.
