AOPii is definitely a top sorority at UT Martin. You can see that from every way you look at things. On social media, you can see all the members take pride in their letters from their spirit week themes and captions. Being in a sorority is all about growth and the sisterhood that makes the member a better version of them and I think AOPii does that. I really can't wait to see what all they do from now until Bid Day!

I’m not in Greek life but if i was i would only go chi o! The classiest girls on campus for sure! Everyone is just jealous of them because they have it all and win it all. Any bad reviews on here just come from girls that got dropped and had to go to their second choice house.

Coming from someone who is not in greek life (and never tried to be) i’ve never come across a rude or hateful AOII. I have friends in most of the sororities but most of my girl friends are in AOII, and that’s for a reason. The girls in AOII have never been anything other than respectful. They got lots and lots of backlash for the incident in 2019 but it never slowed them down, they adjusted and evolved.

They purposely want to make everyone feel less than. They think they are better than everyone. Don’t pledge this sorority unless you have money. They care about money and looks. The reason they win everything is bc they pay top dollar for the best choreography and coaches instead of just working hard and enjoying the sisterhood of it all. They will back stab their own sisters in a heartbeat over boys and lies. And they love to talk trash about other sororities. Dirty rushers. It’s a no for me.

Sigma Alpha is the place to be if you’re an ag major or even if you just grew up around ag. I’m in a different sorority but I admire them and wish I would’ve known about them before formal recruitment. They have a sisterhood that’s very close knit. All of them are super sweet and you don’t hear many bad things about the sisters. They don’t get to do everything that we do, but they are really good at ropepull and linedance. They help out lots of places. Definitely consider them!

i know a lot of girls in this, and i think it’s half and half…or they’re just fake. some seem super sweet but then some can be backstabbers…or both. they get a bad rep from AOII, which i don’t think is fair because AOII isn’t the greatest either. these two just fight over who is “best”.

if you don’t get in the OG “clique” within this sorority, you’ll be an outcast the entire time. i’ve been out with girls in this sorority and have seen their own “sisters” ignore each other and act like they don’t know who you are, but go kiss up to someone they think is better. it’s embarrassing. not a good look!
