ZTA has a lot of catching up to do. They have always been the ones who get the "leftovers" per say in recruitment, and they know it. They do have some very passionate sisters but this small population is overshadowed by all of party girls. Not very motivated, or driven. Known by boys and girls as the "crazy ones."

Great girls. They have a great sisterhood, in fact ZTA said at their EC retreat last semester that ADPi had the genuine sisterhood that they wanted to live up to. All of their members are involved in other clubs on campus. They're really nice and easy going. They don't put on a front and aren't fake. Chi O and AOII are starting to get worried by them when it comes to recruitment after adpi gave them a run for all of their parents' money last year in recruitment.

It’s pretty sad other sororities try to rate chi o poorly to try to influence the incoming pledge class. These girls are so genuinely nice, they’re always so helpful to anyone and everyone they meet on campus and if you try to talk to on of them, you will see that. They’re extremely smart, theyve has the highest Panhellenic grade point average for several semesters in a row. they win at everything because they practice day in and day out.... I really can’t say enough nice things about them.

They can't ever party anymore. They are always on probation. They are not the good guys that they used to be. Some of them don't know how to be a gentleman. Need to re evaluate their standards.

Chi O puts on a huge front and sadly, none of it is true. They will drain you and your parents' bank account to make sure they have enough money to win everything. They only care about winning things and put no effort into their sisterhood or to each other. It's all a pretty lie honestly. They have the worst retention rates on campus of girls who want to be apart of the "best" and then realize that within the sorority about half of their members a fairly miserable. VERY cliquey.
