Phi Delt is the best fraternity on campus. They are so passionate about their organization and work hard to give USF the fun events it needs. The guys are literally involved in so much campus. If I rushed, I’d go Phi Delt 100%

very creepy towards women, multiple girls have complained about them being misogynistic, reputation as dough bags not representative of what a fraternity should be!
