I'm probably going to transfer to USD and I am currently a gamma phi, what are they like at USD? And what is the Greek life housing like down there

Usd does not have official greek housing so chapters have unofficial houses on the beach.

Honestly people have mixed things to say about Gphi. Their pledge class was good but not great. With that being said they are still considered top tier and getting into Gphi during rush is still pretty hard c.

I disagree. Gphi got girls who were cut from other houses on day 1. It's not hard to get into gphi but it's harder than bottom houses. Solid middle, maybe upper middle.

It's true Gphi isn't what they used to be anymore, but as long as they are above AXO, they are still considered somewhat of a top tier.
AXO is middle.

I would say that they are upper middle. They don't have enough high quality girls to be considered top tier anymore. But they're not like a bad house to be in.
