pi phi potential?

what can we expect from pi phi as a new chapter? nationally, they're ranked pretty high. will they be considered a top right away or will it take time?

They're ranked higher than a phi, gamma phi, and kappa.

They'll be bottom to start definitely. Maybe could work up in a few years

Obviously it will take time...they won't start at the bottom per se, rather, they will remain unranked until people get a general feel of the sorority. Same with Pi Kapp.
