Right before rush all the chapters tear one another down and for no good reason. I'm sorry but if any PNM was to really base their judgements off of what others post anonymously either to take down competition or to promote oneself it's pathetic. Stop wasting your time being mean to other chapters. Putting things into writing doesn't make it true or increase your status.
