I would say either Fiji, Delt, or even Beta if they start getting guys who party

Well, Lambda is dry til 2016 so they'll have to start from the bottom. Phi Kap and FIJI will look good as always. Delt should be fine, Beta will be beta, Sig Ep nationally is huge so they have potential to rise quick if they really tried. Sigma Pi is too new but they have potential if they get great guys.

I think delt has more potential than Phikap to get good guys. Phikaps are getting too douchey and they're starting to get a bad rep when it comes to behavior with girls and respect.

As a girl, I completely agree with this. I feel uncomfortable with phikaps, they are handsy and not very friendly. Delts are a lot more fun anyways!

Seeing that lambda is screwed for a while, I predict that FIJI will take over top house. I say this because they seem to be the best ones to party with and have great potential with their new members, but mainly because of all the cute guys in FIJI shirts walking around campus (;
