girls rate the frats, please

do any of the frats have chapter houses(houses where 8+ guys live at)

PhiKap - Phi kaps are considered mid tier because their last 2 spring rush classes weren't top notch. They are some weirdos, some who don't fit in, and it seems that their is an upperclassman / lower classman disconnect. But, some of the older guys are cool.

Fiji - They started as a mediocre frat but since their recent chartering and success in the past 2 spring classes, they have worked their way to the top. These guys love to party, and girls generally always a good time with them. Some douchey guys, but most of them are pretty genuine.

Lambda - Also a top frat at USD and usually does pretty well during rush. Their best guys are graduating / just graduated but their younger guys are not too bad. Their new freshmen aren't my favorite and are probably the reason why they are now on Probation. Hopefully they pull it together in the fall..

Delt - These guys haven't been on the radar for the past couple years because of their probation and membership review (in which they lost like 70% of their guys). But, they have picked up some momentum after this past spring rush class. Definitely still some weirdos they need to weed-through but this guys are mid/top tier.

Beta - Beta is generally stereotyped as the nice guys/gentlemen that don't party as hard as the "top" houses. Most of these guys are pretty smart and are all around pretty personable. They are usually kept in the mid / lower tier because of their lack of parties and social scene.

Sigma Pi - Still too new..
