what are the real fraternity rankings?

Top 3 houses are Lamba, Phi Kap, and Fiji by far. Ratings are full of self reviews etc

I mean it depends on what you're looking for. For parties its probably:
Lambda
Fiji
Delt/PhiKap
Beta
SigEp/Sigma Pi

But all of them have great guys and are very involved

Agreed that it really depends what you are looking for... Fraternity rankings can be much less clear cut than sororities since they can take as many or a few people as they want, and therefore it can change every semester depending on the pledge class. Each one has a really distinct vibe compared to sororities where there are so many girls in each chapter. Guarantee that there are some guys you will love in every chapter, and at least one of "those guys" in every chapter you will hate.

Lambda: in some trouble right now so haven't been too ontop of things, but for the most part they are upholding top.
Fiji: with lambda down, they have been doing very well. However very crazy party loving boys.
PhiKap: a good combination of boys that are said to be very funny and fun to be around.
Delt: they party a lot but can sometimes be handsy
Beta:Very smart nice boys. A very in-between chapter with both really great guys but a few awkward. Typically very genuine.
Sig Ep: they are getting stronger and have been being more social, but still have some awkward guys, all very close though.
Sigma Pi: still very new to make judgements! Can not really make any claims until they have a few more years under their belt.

Lambda and Fiji are top two, no argument really there.

Not everyone's gonna agree with me with putting delt as the number three but I think they did better than Phikap this year pledge class wise and they also party way more. Delts are always a good time and are on the rise

Betas are so nice! And got a few cute guys in their pledge class too.

Sigma pi and sigep are still bottom, sigma pi is just too new
