Frat descriptions for those rushing

No rankings just describing.
Fiji / usually seem to be $$$, most typical frat, probably worst brotherhood, nicest house
Delt / most variety, wild at parties, decent brotherhood, always trying to outdo Fiji by throwing more
Phi Kap / also degenerate but all seem very close, stronger brotherhood
Sig ep / Known for darties, beta 2.0 or Beta is sig so 2.0 depending on who you ask
Beta / smarter, don’t throw as often, decent brotherhood, campus nice guys, more known but still “mid tier” (Fiji is only true top)
Pi Kapp / trying to be more known, throw a lot, quieter guys, mid if you care about tier
Ato / don’t know anything about them lol but seem chill, probably least stereotypical frat
Sig pi / throw a lot, least “exclusive”
