instead of ranking here are some positive things about each house, no certain order
gphi - newer members are more fun, chapter is more social than past years
pi phi - finding their niche, also more social now, still tight knit, friends with many houses
axo - lots of events, always doing something
kappa - chill, care more about school
theta - smart as usual, also tight knit, friends across houses
kd - more involved than in the past, tight knit, friends across houses
