If I’m a legacy, how likely am I to get a bid? I’ kind of shy so rush is going to be hard for me. Do I still have a solid chance?

USD isn’t a state school and being a legacy isn’t valued as much as things like personality and other characteristics. Just try your best, be yourself, and you will find your own home which doesn’t have to be the same as a family members.
