Rankings at USD as they are, have been, and will probably remain for a while:
A Phi
G Phi
Kappa
Theta
AXO
ADPi
The reason I didn't include KD is because they are still new, so they really haven't solidified their spot yet. They are DEFINITELY above ADPi, and probably somewhere around AXO. From what I've heard, they're able to focus a lot less on grades since they are new, and as a result, have been able to pick up some good girls who just happened to have had a rough GPA their first semester, and therefore dropped by other chapters. Not bad for their second year on campus.
Theta I heard has a rough pledge class. It's probably a little exaggerated, but based on their active members they are still solidly above AXO and this rough patch probably wont hurt them TOO much. Come 2015, I guarantee they will be working to make up for this. Apparently their advisor is just a nut case, and has really had a negative impact on them. Too bad because they have been a solid chapter with some really cute girls.
As far as the A Phi/G Phi power struggle at the top, in recent years G Phi has certainly challenged A Phi for overall pledge class, but A Phi clearly made a statement for being top house. They still have a lot of mean girls in A Phi though. Probably always will, with the image they are working to maintain.
Kappa is a great chapter, but always in the shadow of A Phi and G Phi. Did very well this year, but will probably remain the party girls. Usually a lot of nice girls though.

Realized I didn't say much about AXO or ADPi:
AXO stayed pretty consistent with who they take. Definitely the "not a sorority girl"/Tomboy sorority based on personalities. Very nice girls, described as the guy's best friend, but not someone they necessarily date. They definitely are by no means bad looking, but let's just say they they are not going for the "A Phi" look. In a way, I'm sure some of them are very, very proud of that though.
And ADPi.... Apparently did a little better than in the past. They mostly have KD to thank for that since quotas are lower now, and girls trickle down faster. At the end of the day, there needs to be that chapter who accepts girls that just want to be a part of Greek life. I think its good that they are at USD, but they just need to rebrand themselves a bit, avoid ALL the USD sorority drama, and just be a little nicer. I guess as current "bottom house" they should pick the girls based strictly on personality, because that will give you actual respect within the community (Especially among the frats). I've met some girls they took who looks wise might fit in better with another chapter, but are so weird/boring. They just need to be comfortable with who they are, realize they are not the A Phis/G Phis/Kappas of this campus, nor should they try to be. I could unfortunately see them running into trouble again once Pi Phi arrives if they don't fix this ASAP. Maybe it will with this new pledge class but I don't forsee them moving up anytime soon

Kappa is not there yet. Still below APhi, possibly still below GPhi. Definitely moving up though, but one good pledge class doesn't cut it. KD is also not above AXO yet.

APhi- they got a great pledge class, as usual. But people are beginning to see Aphis as less top tier than they usually have. Guys all want to mix with Aphis, but mainly because of their looks. But Aphi continues to be a strong chapter and will stay in the top tier for a while, even though its quality is slowly declining.
Kappa- They got a great pledge class! This will really help them out next year. Even though they still party a lot, this past two pledge classes have been pretty well rounded and have been better at keeping it classy. Next years recruitment will determine their ranking for a while.
Gphi- Gphi got a good pledge class! Just not as good as Aphi and Kappa, which hurt their standing. But they are beautiful, nice girls.
AXO- AXO is fairly average, but they have some of the nicest girls on campus! They got a lot of cute girls in their pledge class too.
Theta- EVen with their iffy pledge class, they still are a solid middle tier. Unfortunately, I dont think they will ever be able to make it to the top now, even with their previous #4 spot.
KD- I didnt put KD as middle tier yet, Just because they are so new. But they have done very well and got a decent pledge class for a new sorority. I could see them trading places with AXO or Theta next year.
ADPi- They did a lot better! They got a pretty good pledge class, but still are bottom tier. When new sororities come, it will either be an advantage for them, or a disadvantage with nationally strong ones.

Hm regarding what you said about adpi is interesting, and true. KD is very strong nationally and will naturally be above adpi; however, pi phi isn't quite as strongly ranked, and perhaps adpi can finally be ranked above another sorority (pi phi!) at some point

This is more realistic with the mid/bottom. AXO pledge class was not their finest...dropped a lot in my opinion
