I don't think AXO is top tier. Just cause aphi got kicked off doesn't automatically place them in top tier. It's not like there has to be three top sororities, kappa aphi and gphi were just fairly close to each other so that's how it was for a bit. It's a mix of top tier quality girls and a lot of middle and bottom tier girls they try to hide

AXO has been consistently improving with every pledge class. They're still below Kappa/gphi (top depends on who you ask) but they're a lot better than KD/Theta.

As an unbiased view I don't think they used to be up until this last pledge class/aphi going. But they are considered top tier now
