top tier sororities and frats?

I'm going to be a freshman this upcoming fall. I'm really excited but I heard that the social life can be kind of lame at times. I plan on rushing and eventually joining a sorority but just kind of wanted a top to bottom teir lowdown of both sororities and frats. Thank you!
