top tier sororities and frats?

As a member of USD Greek Life, each fraternity and sorority here contribute to the environment here on campus and each has their own respective philanthropies and personalities in which we as a whole are supportive of.

after Greek week:
frats:

beta
lambda

pi kap
sig pi
didn't think I left anyone out... now onto the sororities
sorority:
g phi/kkg
axo
theta/kd with pi phi about to give em a run for their money
ad pi
a phi
that's taking into consideration how the girls are and act as a whole and individually if you want the truth.

Sororities:
KKG- top, without much competition with aphi pretty much being gone
Gphi- good pledge class this year, but the last two years were rough so they still have catching up to do
Aphi- third as of now. If they don't get kicked off campus, they'll likely drop due to restrictions put on them during rush.
AXO- will quickly replace aphi and get to Gphis level. On the rise
KD- they're okay, some cool girls but a mix
Theta- smart, involved, some cool girls
ADPi- bottom, but sweet
PiPhi- so new

Frats:
Fiji/Lambda- whatever you prefer, they're both top
Delt- rush was rough, but still cool guys with great parties
Phikap- some awesome guys, but have gotten killed in rush this year
Beta- still just beta
Sigep- nice guys
Sigma pi- new, having a hard time gaining traction
Pikap- same as sigma pi

For the sororitys fighting for middle tier:
KD shouldn't act all high and mighty just because Pi Phi is new because they held COB's last year, and they've been new for 3 or so years. Theta's always pretty snobby, but their pledge class can easily be associated with Ad Pi's. And Ad pi shouldn't act all top now because they think pi phi is below them because real talk, we all know the pnm girls who chose ad pi over pi phi kinda jumped the bandwagon because they didn't wanna join the new sorority while those who chose pi phi did it because they kinda wanted to be the founding face of their sorority which is pretty bad ass.

GPhi/AXO(way hotter pledge class than GPhi...they'll be top with KKG after next recruitment)

be careful, it seems that axos and kd's run this website. I would rush with an open mind because all greek rank shows often times is which sorority cares enough to self-rank. If I were a freshman, I would not look at greek rank, because the best way to get to know each sorority and what they stand for is just by seeing the girls on campus wearing the letters. All the sororities have something great to offer!!

sororities:
KKG- more diverse pledge class than before, still hot
GPhi- solid new class, pretty
AXO- hot pledge class
KD- fun new class, nice girls
ADPi- pledge class is pretty hot, up and coming
Theta- smart, do not party too much
Pi Phi- rough pledge class and trouble for hazing

All of the fraternities and sororities on campus are amazing in their own way! My advice for you is to get off greekrank and go through rush to experience it for yourself!
