I'm unaffiliated at USD and I have one close friend who in APHI. I feel bad because a handful of girls in that sorority act like the below descriptions and now the whole sorority gets a bad rep. My friend is so down to earth and smart nothing like the descriptions on this page. True she doesn't involve herself too much in APHI because she likes to keep her independence but there still are girls like her in APHI. Stereotypes are so lame

They are the prettiest, but that's all they have going for them. I've heard personal accounts from APhis who say they have a LOT drama and cliques (obvious, though). Very superficial, not social with girls who aren't APhi or GPhi, rude, and they're drunk messes. But they're pretty.

As an honest male in arguably the top house on campus: The argument can be made that aphi, gphi, or kkg are the best sorority on campus. I don't think that anyone can argue however that Aphi's are the best looking sorority. On the other hand, I don't think that anyone would argue that this sorority as a whole is WAY too in to themselves. Sure, it is good to be in to yourself slightly to build self confidence, but aphi you take it way too far. My best girlfriends come from aphi however. In terms of smarts, looks, and personality, aphi is the best sorority on campus. But their overwhelming arrogance and attitude takes them down. So maybe don't be texting on your phone the whole time while someone is trying to talk to you...look them in the eyes. Also, don't make it seem like you have something better to do all the time. Live in the moment! You girls are the best on campus but you're also your own worst enemy. Change that!

Like every sorority, you're gonna have your couple bad seeds, but this house is without a doubt the best. Everyone knows it too so people love to hate. I'm tryna wife an aphi one day

This chapter has a few nice girls but the majority of them are too self-centered to be good sisters to anyone. They have virtually no respect on campus.

It's pretty lame to see all the comments below bringing these girls down. I know A LOT of great girls in this sorority. You can't listen to the stereotypes because people are just jealous and insecure. Every house has flaws, no doubt, its a shame that we can't just appreciate the greek girls on this campus.
