Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 4.0 First time this fraternity has really made an effort with sororities is this semester and we've noticed! I agree maybe not top house but are moving up. These boys are really nice and throw the best parties:) barely behind lambda chi

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 3.0 Def not Phi Kap or Lambda. Nobody really knows who these guys are, but once you know them you'll love them. They're nothing special, but are nice guys.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 4.8 The only reason they are doing good this semester is because everyone knows them for a few members that are super cool and hardworking and think everyguy in their frat is like that. They don't have the depth of awesome guys that phi kap does. 10 awesome guys don't make a frat. These guys still have work to do!

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 4.5 Ok I would have to disagree with you, I don't think Sig ep is top house but they are definitely moving up there. Their exec board even cooked us dinner and a couple of them were really cute! They definitely have improved :)

Not to be mean but they were probably the weirdest guys I could think of. This semester they are close if not the best. Honestly really nice guys and a bunch are super cute.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 4.3 not the hottest, but by far the most genuine. all their men are outgoing, easy to talk to, and a ton of fun. if you're looking for a brotherhood that really care about each other (while raging and having a good time), def the way to go.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 4.8 They say they are balanced men and they really are. Best brotherhood on campus, know how to party, but are still very involved in school and are some of the nicest most real guys you will ever meet.
