Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 4.7 Definitely the top house at USD. Anybody that says otherwise either didn’t get a bid or is a geed. They throw sick parties and are actually very sweet to girls even though they’ve hooked up with every one. 10/10
