Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 4.4 Definitely wouldn't say they are top house but they are a pretty good group. Party scene isn't the best, but the overall party scene at this school isn't that great anyways. They have only improved since my first year here so we'll see.
