Definitely had a solid semester which they need to build upon to climb the ranks. Previous posts say they recruit selectively but look at their pc, only had 6 kids and by looking at them that’s clearly not true.

At this point I think them FIJI and Delt are the top fraternities but I could be wrong. They are a little crazy but I like them for the most part. Don’t know exactly how smart they are though lol

Reputation has skyrocketed in the past 2 years. Probably have the chance to prove if they are a top house or not in the next few semesters. I like their chances if they continue to be selective during recruitment

R.I.P. Beta, had a decent run but I cannot see them making a comeback. Feel bad for the recent pledges as I'm pretty sure they weren't aware of all the awful stuff going on.
