Surprised at Delts pledge class this year.. But in a good way. These guys like to drink (a lot) and are always down for a good time. I'd like to see them make a comeback to a top tier house within the next few years.

Don't understand all the hate, they got one of the hottest pledge classes this Spring. They love to party and have a good time, and have a real brotherhood compared to the other fraternities/social clubs on campus. Definitely on their way back up

Looks like some bitter sorority girl is bashing Kappa and Aphi relentlessly. They're both top, along with Gphi, without a doubt.

During rush everrry aphi I talked to seemed very air-headed, dumb, rude, and/or full of themselves. Dropped them the 3rd day! So glad that I did.

They are only still seen as a top sorority by most because of the prestige Gphi used to have, years back. But it has changed a lot now, and most of the girls in it think and act like they are the shiz, when in reality gphi isn't exactly cool anymore. Going down, by next year it will probably be only middle tier and will trade places with kappa or another sorority.

These guys are like one step away from getting kicked off campus. Really fun to party with, but a lot of douches in this frat and it's only a matter of time before one of them does something really stupid.

I feel like this is more like a drinking/lacrosse club than a frat. Basically have no presence on campus nor do they try to have one.

I'd say they're definitely not as douchey as other groups and probably the most respected by those outside of Greek life. Smart, really close brotherhood, but while I know they definitely throw some decent parties and events, they are often in the shadow of the other frats when it comes to the social scene. Really, really nice guys, all seems to have their lives together and have a lot of potential. Interesting to see what happens with them this year.

Great group of guys, but scared to see what happens once their seniors graduate. They carry the fraternities weight socially
