Okay so this fraternity definitely has/had potential but they aren't doing enough to hit the ground running. Take Fiji, for example, they were new and rose up pretty quickly. The "newness" momentum (aka: everyone wondering where they ill fit in, regarding greek life spectrum, thus throwing them in the spotlight and being neutral, in the minds of others) is fading quickly. Hopefully the newest fraternity Pi Kapp will be able to learn from this and strike the pipe while it's hot, so to speak.

These rankings are wrong, adpi is always known as the catty bottom sorority, they aren't moving up. Pi phi will probably pass them in the upcoming years.
