Nobody wants to accept it, but KD is climbing the ladder very quickly. They used to be grouped in with ADPi and were considered closer to the bottom, but from what I've seen on campus in the last week or so, there are honestly some really good looking and nice girls in this new pledge class. I'm sorry to the usual top sororities, but you're gonna have to make room for KD in the next few years, because they're nipping at your heels. Huge national presence that probably helped a lot in rush.

Had a bit of a rough go late last spring, but I would be genuinely shocked if they didn't battle back this year. Always throwing parties at "the treehouse" on the beach, but many of them are actually pretty smart and dedicated to school also. They have some serious entrepreneurs in there which I always thought was cool. It feels like they only have tall, tan, blonde guys that throw up the "shaka brahh" all the time, and there are quite a few like that, but they have some genuine guys in there.

They face a stereotype of being douchey, and a few of them are, but on the whole delt is really not that bad at all. They have plenty of events with all the top sororities, their delt dodgeball event is always a huge hit, and they're actually pretty well liked around campus. Last spring's rush class had some questionable characters, but don't count out delt just because of that. Funny guys that spend a surprising amount of time in the library (who knows what they actually do in there though).

Sigma Pi is full of guys that didn't want the traditional fraternity experience, rather they wanted to make it their own thing. This does not make for a strong brotherhood or much active involvement on campus either. They had the potential to strike gold last year but their rush events were more like activities you do at a church retreat. They even had greek week with APhi and are still barely relevant. Plenty of nice guys for sure, but on the whole they really don't fit in at all.

Here's the thing with SigEp that I've noticed. When it comes to recruitment, they go after the genuinely nice people but many of those people don't bring a lot to the table beyond that. On a given Friday night, SigEps can usually be found trying to hastily throw something together at the last minute, but nobody is willing to host anything. They would be the fraternity your mother would recommend to you because it's the polar opposite of what she's seen on the news and in movies/TV.

Obvious self ranking. Not even near top tier. Not even close to Gphi. Most girl I know dropped them first during recruitment: nice girls but the obvious self ranking makes them look pathetic. Also, very sloppy.
