Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Rochester - UR 4.2 While tons of people show up to their house when they're open, they really aren't that great to mix with unless you are BFFs with a brother. It's difficult to become part of their social circle. People say they have a really close brotherhood, but they are very cliquey. That being said, they are very attractive, fun once you are in with them, and involved in campus life. Individually nice guys. More fratty than they are given credit for.
