How the hell is ADP the top rated frat? They weren't even around last year, and they're barely around now. I have NEVER even seen anyone wearing their letters... They may have the best house on the frat quad, but that doesn't make them top frat, especially when they're in the rebuilding process. It's really seems like these reviews are from brothers, which is pathetic. The quad is going down, and as of now, Sig Ep is the most popular on campus frat, but come on.

These guys throw down a good amount, but their house is pretty filthy and it's in a really sketchy place (there's a homeless guy who's always on the front step during the day). With the frat quad losing popularity, off campus frats are where it's at.

They're honestly very involved and do good for the school, but it's not very genuine. They do things because they have to, not because they want to. They know administration can take everything away in the blink of the eye, so they appease them by putting on events to create the facade of a "perfect fraternity". Also, as brothers, there is too many of them to fully bond. You see this in classes, Sig Ep brothers hardly sit together. They need to do things they want to do, and improve brotherhood.
