Most controversial house on campus because they stand out from the crowd. That being said, great group of guys once you put in the effort to get to know them, and probably top house. Controversial doesn't mean bad, it means they get a lot of negative attention from outside of greek row because neither they nor unaffiliated people try to get to know each other too well.

Serious superiority complex with the Aphis. They also only have a good philanthropy because they force all of their parents to come up and spend a ridiculous amount of money on dinner. They also have a phi delt targeted event in the spring which is stupid and basically exclusive to the whole rest of the school. So much for promoting a campus community. Lots of issues here

They don't really have a presence on campus as a house. I guess they always do hang out with each other but they don't make up much a sorority. There are also a lot of...interesting people in the house

They have a huge mix of people making it very hard to put a single stereotype to the house. It's a very different house than a few years ago. If they get a good freshman class they'll probably be the best house, even if it is by default

yes, they are super outgoing and friendly; but that's about it. Pi phi has issues with cliquey-ness within the house to the point that they have to regulate it (ask them about it). All of the loudest people end up here making it not a very welcoming place

Used to be really cool. Now they've kind fallen into creepy athlete types who read way too much TFM. Their parties are mediocre, they don't even win Greek week anymore, and lots of douchebags. That being said, many of them are really cool fun guys, it's just not the majority.
