I'm just a nice guy in a fraternity and here is my honest assessment. This is the sorority you get a bid from if you literally could not get a bid from any other sorority at UPS. UPS has a policy that any girl that rushes gets a bid, well thetas are the leftovers.

There are a few girls that give the house a bad rep, but they are the sweetest girls. They do a lot for the school and they have raised the most money for their charity.

The best mix of girls: some typical sorority girls, some partiers, some athletes, some quiet girls, some of everything. Given that they are so diverse, their sisterhood is very strong. Good retention/not a lot of upper classmen dropping which is a good sign. Their house isn't the prettiest but whatever.
