spot on. i feel like beta is middle though.. they can't really hang with any of the upper tier frats but they are definitely the top of mid tier. don't forget ZBT btw

Yeah beta is like half a tier below upper and half a tier above middle. Zbt will be new, won't really know how good they are until they start getting some pledge classes
