There's no way PKP & ΚΣ are better than ΣX, handing out bids to every kid that rushes does NOT make you a top house. Also as douchey as they may be there's no denying ΦΔΘ is a top tier house, even if they are on probation.

The problem with sig chi is that only DZ likes them. hard to be considered a top tier when only 1 sorority likes them (and now dz is on probation)
