Sig chi is awfully territorial and scared

I am a dominoes worker who has been making deliveries for some time now. I recently delivered 48 meat lovers pizzas and 2 bottled waters to the sig chi house. I was approached by an angry man who claimed to be their dj. He told me to leave the pizzas and two waters there and run away or he would film me😳. He then preached that his fraternity is currently on the rise. He also mentioned he needed to start djing for his mixer with dphie. I then spoke back in a calm tone and he got scared. Please let me know if this has ever happened to anyone else, I am concerned yet curious.
