SAE member wants big and hot pnms to rush

I recently overheard 4 brothers of Sae talk about the rush process. One of them who looked very pink recited the words “we need to bud big and hot pnms”. I was a little thrown off by this comment. Which team is he batting for.

PS. If you see this particularly pink member, I heard he likes top.
