Don't know much about the new Betas, give them a year.

DZ was in the Top 10 hottest sororities in the ACC... Definitely relevant... I would also switch Kappa with Tri-Sig (They're kinda sloppy). Tri-Delt's are stuck up, but good looking so that is what keeps them up there.

Sig Chi is probably the only Top Tier frat, PKP shouldn't even be near the top. Would add DTD with AEPi as well as put PKP as Middle, just because you bike for 50 hours doesn't make you at the top.
