truth about fall recruitment
by: factstbh if you're a sorority doing fall recruitment you either had a ton of girls drop or you never filled your pc from spring semester...basically they're just trying to reach numbers because no one wanted to rush/stick around with them

A lot of nationals just want more girls in every pc than pitt recruits. Greek life here isn't that big but chapters are held to the same standard as big southern schools where more people rush. Some chapters are also required to have two opportunities to join every year and some are only allowed to have one. Yes people need numbers but its not always a bad thing. Even if a couple people drop from the chapter it doesn't mean its a bad place for you to join, it just wasn't a good fit for those members. If you are worried about why someone is or isn't doing fall just ask at meet the greeks or a recruitment event in the fall.
