top: sig ep (most tight knit group but no hill house) pikapp (hot guys but parties are always empty)
mid: pike (packed parties but known for cheating), phi delt (best for off campus—cabin), dchi (short kings!)
low: ato (either really weird or shy and sweet. no in between)
