frat/srat rankings

by:    

top: pike and dchi (before they got suspended)
mid: pi kapp (no one goes to their parties anymore), phi delt (best for off campus), SAE (idk but they have a hill house)
low: ato (okay off campus), sig ep (completely fell off, no girls go to their parties)

top: DZ, tri sig (top and it isnt close)
mid: tri delt, chi o, KD (don't show out to anything)
low: KKG, SDT, TPA (don't have heavy enough presence at parties)
