i don't know a lot about COB but it may be too late to register... Still, I would reach out now to sororities you're interested in COBing ASAP!! I think pretty much all of them are doing it so I would just DM the orgs u want to COB on instagram or something and the worst that could happen is they say u have to wait for next year/maybe fall informal
