updated rankings of fraternities

Im in a sorority and this is what people i know agree on (The order within the ranks don't matter) :
Top: Pi kapp and Pike
Pi kap - have been in the top tier for a couple years now and are usually a good time. Not very selective at all so they have a lot of kind of weird guys but because of high numbers also have a good amount of cool guys. Always have really fun parties.
Pike - With Sig Chi kicked off, pike probably took their spot as a top tier house. They're pretty similar to sig chi and rumor has it their taking their old pledges so theres not much of a change personality wise (known to be douchey) Always a fun time though and have fun parties.

Upper Mid: Phi delt and Sig ep
Phi Delt - A solid house thats always a fun time. Have a couple good day long houses that are fun. Don't have a hill house which keeps them below top tier, but they still know how to throw down.
Sig Ep - Started by ex kappa sigs, always a fun time and party a good amount. It seems like they're in trouble with the school a lot though. Also don't have a hill house which keeps them below top tier but still fun.

Middle: Beta, D chi and Phi kapp
Beta - Fun house that isn't your stereotypical "frat guys", but thats why people like them. Friends with a lot of girls and seem to know everyone. very nice boys.
Delta Chi - Smart guys that seem very nice, but don't party a lot. Have a lot of members, some of which are cool and a lot that are kinda odd. Stay relevant because of their hill house.
Phi Kapp - These guys kinda keep a low profile, don't hear much about them. They're kinda a mixed bag but over fun. Similar to delta chi, their Hill House is a huge asset they probably wouldn't be as good without it

Lower Mid: Delta sig, ATO, Pi Lam, FIJI
Delta Sig: Keep a low profile but seem to be pretty involved with the school. Have a big house on dithridge thats fun to go to. Overall a solid frat.
ATO: New frat thats definitely rising, seem to becoming more relevant and getting they're name out there. If they keep it up i can see them rising to mid or upper mid.
Pi Lam: Also a new frat that I've been seeing around more and seem to be trying to get their name out there. Don't know too much about them but they seem to be doing pretty well.
FIJI: Another new frat, seem to be rising a well. Pretty sure they have a nice house that overlooks bates which is a good look for them.

Upper Bottom: SAE, Sammy, ZBT
SAE: Honestly they could be switched with Pi Lam for lower mid i just don't know as much about them. Consistently have parties in south o that are pretty fun. A solid house.
Sammy: Have a small hill house which can sometimes be fun and they're boys are very sweet. Don't party all that much but are fun to be around.
ZBT: Throw parties in South o and are a fun time. Don't know too much about them but i know people that say they're fun

Bottom: TKE, Aepi, Delta phi, Sigma pi, triangle
All of these frats don't have many members, some are new and some are just dying out i guess. not very relevant at all and i don't ever hear about them at all. Sorry if that sounds mean : (
