frat/sorority ranks

Hey hey, I've been in the game for 3 years now and I am about to graduate next year and leave all my sisters :( soooo I am doing this bc I'm bored and procrastinating studying for exams and its my first time but heres what MOST people think after this year:
Frats:
1- PKP: with Kappa sig done and sig chi gone till 2022, PKP is probs top house but they def need to be less basic and more fun. Still love you guys
2- Sig EP/Pike: These 2 def throw the best parties and have the most fun guys! love my sig eps (and ex kappa sigs) and pikes. they can easily come off as douches (stereotypical guys for the most part like 75%) and don't rly do philanthropy or community service :/
3- Phi Delt: Peace Love Jailyard, most the guys are awesome, but def some weirdos
4- Beta: Sweetest bunch of guys, really friendly but don't party much
5- ATO/PKT: ATO has a lot of cool guys and no house/low numbers. PKT has a house and numbers, guys could be less weird and more fun though. Two solid middle frats!
sororityS (this is a lot harder to rank bc biased)
Top: Tri Delt, DZ, Tri Sig: tri delt is diverse, DZ is known for looks, tri sig known for being fun at partying
Low top: Chi O: known to be snobby but have some GREAT girls
Upper Middle: KD: 75% great girls, 25% weird
Middle: KKG, Adpi: solid middle sororitys

Sadly south Oakland is the student neighborhood of Pitt so the parties are gonna stay there. Sucks because the houses so suck overall. Few years ago frat row used to be dithridge as those houses were huge but a lot have been made into apartments or torn down
