The small house on the corner is sammy, one of the 2 vacant houses is actually filled by freshman right now, the other one is owned by dtd who is apparently going to use it next fall.

DTD and sig chi are the only ones with living rooms on the first floor with their party rooms but both got kicked off. Right now they're all about the same
