not sure what it means for off campus frats because its more likely to happen to frats with hill houses. You cant throw any parties in the hill house (which is one of the main aspects of acually having a hill house because the parties are 10x better than south o parties). Other than that if your caught again on so pro then youll actually be kicked off. Most other frats/sororites wont officially mix or associate with you because if caught, both will get in trouble. All around a bad look.

It varies by situation. Some disciplinary issues will warrant more punishment than others. It also depends on the nationals of that chapter, they all have different ways of handling their chapters and the terms of social probation will vary from nationals to nationals
