frats with on-campus hill houses

Although mostly everyone here knows this, I figured I'd post it for those who don't and are maybe looking to rush a fraternity next semester. There are currently about 20 frats at Pitt, however there are only 9 on-campus hill houses. They are currently occupied by Delta Chi, Sigma Chi, Phi Kappa Theta, Sigma Alpha Mu, Pi Kappa Alpha, Pi Kappa Phi, and Delta Sigma Delta, with the other 2 currently being vacant. However, there are many great frats at Pitt and whether or not they have a hill house should not be the sole deciding factor when choosing which ones to rush.

About the vacant houses: the one in between Phi Kapp and Sig Chi is still owned by DTD (kicked off a couple years ago) and theyll be getting it back this fall i believe. The other one is open to any frat looking to move in, I feel like the upper middle ones that dont have a hill house yet (phi delt, sig ep, beta) probably should look into getting it.
