spring rush

Hey!! This is just a guideline for incoming freshman Rush, hope it’s of use. I’m a senior in a top sorority so I have decent judgement I’d say.
Fraternities:
1) Sig Chi- no doubter
2) pkp- top frat but take everyone
3) PIKE- up and coming, fun cute semi douchey
3) Sig Ep- up & coming. Used to be kappa sigs who we’re #1
5) Delta sig- sweet boys, up and coming
6) Phi delt- all kinds of guys but nice house
7) delta chi- smart and nice, going downhill
8) ATO- attractive but weird guys. Older PCs were better
9) PKT- I think they’re new. Nice but seldom party
10) SAE- great guys. No numbers at all
11) Pi Lam- lower level but nice and respectful
12) ae Pi- lower level
13) beta- don’t know much about them
If I’m missing some it’s probably Bc I haven’t mixed with them or heard much !!
Sororities(only going to do relevant ones)
Top 3: DZ, Tri Delt, tri sig
Middle: ADpi, chi O, KD, KKG
