for freshmen rushing in the spring

As a girl in a sorority that has mixed with most frats, this is the general consensus on campus:
Top: Sig chi and Pi Kapp
Upper Middle: Phi delt and Pike
Middle: Beta, Delta Sig, PKT and Sig Ep
Lower Middle: Delta chi, ATO, Sammy, SAE
Bottom: AEPi, Pi Lam, TKE, Fiji, ZBT
Note that the order in the tiers doesn't matter and if i left any off its prob cause they arent relevant.

PKT is about where they should be. They've been bringing in some good quality PCs and are about to be off sopro next semester. Solid mid-tier.

While beta is similar to d chi they somehow mix with top tier sororities , good for them ig
